Unbelieveable

Boy do I have a dating story for you guys.

I've been dating hanging out with my friend Mr. Tall for about a month. He is sweet, kind, and attentive. I was very intrigued with how great he treated me. He never once pressured me for sex like most men I know have done in the past. It was refreshing.

Here in Maryland we had the "Best 11 days of summer' which was the state fair. He had never attended before and I love fairs and carnivals so we decided to go together. We had a great time. Afterward we come back to my house to hang out a little. We were sitting on the sofa just chatting away with the hum of the television in the background. It was a very pleasant time indeed until things took a rather peculiar turn.

During our conversation Mr. Tall proceeds to tell me that he cheated on his then but now ex wife with his sister in law in his house right before they were to attend a BBQ. The sister in law only agreed to be with him if he allowed their rendezvous to include a gay guy that had eyes for him. He agreed. Now not only did he have sex with the SIL but also this gay guy! I asked him if this was his only interlude with a guy and to my surprise it wasn't. He picked up a transvestite and had sex with him as well. I am not going to get into the gory details he disclosed but suffice to say it took everything in me to not scream and run in disgust. Oh this is not it my friends.

He also disclosed to me that he had a sexual addiction that he battled for 7 years. He would seek the services of "professionals". He even had a second part time job to finance this addiction. Wait, there is more.

He also mentioned that he received two different STD's from two different women and gave both of them to a third woman. Wow.

This guy is a real catch. If any of you would like to date this gem I can so hook it up.

This is a true story. Can I tell you I was in physical pain from trying not to show how much I wanted to scream and run away from him. I couldn't get him out of my house fast enough.

This crap only happens to me people.

Tee, I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. But believe me it does not only happen to you. I could fill a book with stories that make yours seem like a Walt Disney series.

Just think how lucky you are that you didn't have sex with him

Why do people tell other people these secrets?? Horrible!!

So, when he wasn't pressuring for sex, he was getting treatment or what?

How did you get him out of your house without screaming?

OMG ! I am so glad that he had the urge to come clean and be honest up front. Could you imagine if he had never told you those things and you found out after he did you dirty ?

You have the opportunity to run for the hills and never look back.

I've had men decide that for whatever reason they wanted to confess their sins to me. I would patiently listen, thank them for their honesty and kindly tell them it just was not gonna happen.

LOL, So is this what I'm missing by no one asking me on dates? Shit.

That's it.....I'm coming to Baltimore and we are hanging for a weekend, because your life is worth living, and I can't do it vicariously anymore.

Once this eye of mine is fixed (which is Sept 28th) I'm planning a weekend.

You in?

Consider yourself blessed, you seem to have an angel looking over your shoulder that dispenses truth serum. If we could all be that lucky to know the dirt upfront!

This does not only happen to you. Between my personal experiences with finding out the secrets of men I've dated and hearing about my girl friends' boys, I have learned this little trick.

Ask dates when they're comfortable (a couple drinks in) if they've ever had a sexual experience with another man. Ask in a way that is welcoming and no nose-crinching while they are answering.

I have had many first dates end shortly after them revealing that they have let a man or a transgender person suck their down-belows. One even said he was currently negotiating an upcoming event with a friend of his. Only to allow his friend to explore his own sexuality. What a nice favor, huh?

You would be surprised how many men go both ways and never say a word... until you ask directly.

OMG!

Reminds me a little of that Sex and the City episode where Charlotte is dating this guy who Carrie dumped because he had a sex addiction. Funnily enough in that episode he didn't want to speed to the sex either!

Ladies, beware of men not wanting to get into your knickers as soon as they can!!!

OMG!! I mean I am all for healthy sexual exploration and experimentation, but this guy is way beyond that line. Sheesh. I would have ran!

Okay...these stories make me feel so much better about not dating!

Glad I am not the only one who experiences such dating calamities! That recent one I had trouble with? I didn't write it out, but the issue was that I ummm *shot* him in the face! Literal LOLgasm! Sorry for the TMI :)
You're lucky he was so open about it, imagine having not learned that and continuing to date him!

Not Fainthearted said...

Wow. I'm sorry I've been away so long but this is quite the story to return to!

Wow.

Just. Wow.

And he really thought he should be dating nice women like you?

OK, catchin' up on the blog feed - but DAYUM!!! That's taking D/L to a new extreme. If he wants to channel his inner Eddie Murphy, then that's fine for him - but you shouldn't have to put up with that mess.

See - this is why I think I'm going to stop dating and join a convent *LOL*
