Lord Help Me!

I try to eat healthy (some of the time), I truly do but it’s hard folks. It’s really hard. There are days that box of chocolate covered donuts from Entenmann's call my name. I’m not that strong people.

I try to stay away from pork and beef but there are times when the call of a bacon cheddar cheeseburger rivals the earth’s gravitational pull and we all know you are powerless against that…right?. What’s a girl to do?

Why oh why when confronted with the choice between a carrot raisin salad or hash browns for breakfast from Chick Fil A the hash browns always win, hands down, topped with a large cup of sweet Iced Tea.

People, I’m not that strong. Lord give me strength.

I think that if they don't want us to eat the bad stuff they should stop making and selling it. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

Don't look to me for help on this. I just polished off a big bowl of strawberry revel ice cream, topped with a big old scoop of chocolate on top of it. Kind of like a sundae but just no syrup. And lately, I have been getting hungry, stomach growling ya know, all the time it seems.

I just started to change my eating habits Monday and going back to the gym, all this talk of food is killing me.

Please blog about something less sinful. : )

My eating habits are terrible. And I drink too much. And I smoke. I got nothing, other than you are obviously stronger than I am! ;)

Lately I'm addicted to the sweet tea at McDonald's. And it goes really well with a sausage mcgriddle. =/

Ugh! I suck. I almost always make the unhealthy choice. I have good intentions...mostly...but zero willpower.

I was eating a bowl of Heart Healthy Bran and Oats (left overs from some horse farm no doubt) with a handful of blueberries for flavor when I was reading this. All I could think of was a cheeseburger, loaded down with chili and slaw...a Carolina thing...now I know where I'll be come lunchtime! So, don't feel like the Lone Ranger sweetie! We're all bad...really really bad!

I have the same struggles though having to tend to 4 kids makes it nearly impossible to finish a treat all by myself! I usually get 2 little mouths wanting some ;)

If you have ketchup on those hash browns, technically you've just had two veggies for the day :-)

One woman's chocolate covered doughnut is another woman's toffee chocolate chip super-sized cookie.

Sometimes... I just need a big mac! I always regret it or a krispy kreme donut.

You and me are in the same boat. I am trying so hard to stick to snacks of fruit but those doughnuts somehow end up in my mouth.
I try so hard to avoid meat yet I had a burger yesterday.

The struggle of healthy living.

This is why I never buy that stuff. If I bought a box of Oreos, guaranteed they would be gone withing a few hours. No self control. Keep trying girl!
